Manufacturing Relocates To SLC Technologies Facility in Hickory, North Carolina
BOCA RATON, Florida - (November 30, 1999) - To prepare for future growth and meet increased demand for its access control and security management products, CASI-RUSCO, an SLC Technologies company, is relocating its manufacturing operation to an SLC facility in Hickory, North Carolina. The site uses state-of-the-art equipment, including the latest surface mount technology, for greater production efficiency, improved quality controls and faster delivery of products to market. Previously, CASI-RUSCO's products were manufactured in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
The facility in Hickory, North Carolina is a centralized manufacturing location for SLC Technologies' family of security management products and systems. "Operations at the Hickory, North Carolina facility are world class, with a proven track record of manufacturing quality products. Our Business Partners and End-User Customers will benefit from substantial investments in technology and training that position CASI-RUSCO at the cutting edge of the industry," said CASI-RUSCO Executive Vice President and COO Glen Greer.
