Transaction expands and strengthens Schneider Electric’s energy management leadership position

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – Jan. 24, 2013 – Schneider Electric, a global specialist in energy management, today announced that it has acquired the assets and daily operations of SCL Elements Inc. of Quebec, Canada. Based in Montreal, SCL Elements works with systems integrators, resellers and original equipment manufacturers (OEM) around the world to offer wired and wireless building automation solutions that optimize energy consumption while increasing the comfort of building occupants.
