Position Summary:
Motivated channel management sales professional to be active link between e-Convergence Solutions, Value Added Resellers (VARs), and our Vendor Partners (manufacturers). Your enthusiasm and product knowledge will sell the value of our industry-leading products to resellers using various marketing techniques. You will sign up and motivate resellers based on your own knowledge of the channel.
Responsibilities:
· Recruit VARs for our Vendor Partners
· Follow-up on leads and educate and motivate partners to sell our Vendor Partner industry-leading solutions:
· Effectively utilize CRM system to document all sales information
· Promote channel sales through marketing efforts
· Participate fully in training events
· Maintain high level of knowledge on industry trends, competitors and products
· Effectively articulate wins for VARs to drive sales
· Cross-sell e-Convergence solutions
· Prepare written presentations, reports, product configurations and price quotations
· Manage support contract renewals
Qualifications: Professional qualifications:
· 2-3 years experience in sales
· Ability to articulate, persuade and devise solutions that meet needs of channel partners
· Knowledge of security industry preferred
· Ability to motivate and educate channel resellers

As a Service Account Representative, you will be responsible for selling solutions and services to mid-size, large and multi-location customers in local, regional territory. Qualifications: Basic Requirements: Bachelors Degree, 3+ years of direct sales experience
Additional Requirements: Technical application experience with HVAC, Fire Alarm or Security Systems preferred but not required. Experience dealing with owners and end users required.  Ability to develop and execute prospecting and account plans. Technical application experience with HVAC Controls, fire alarm, security, and mechanical systems highly desired.  Ability to determine energy savings opportunities in commercial buildings. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating and closing skills. Must have experience cold-calling. Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background and drug screening investigation Must be able to deliver on annual quota.
