Broad, diverse content bridges energy, information technology and investment opportunities

Santa Clara, CA -- ConnectivityWeek 2010, a collection of events focused on the application of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in smart grid and energy efficiency, will be holding its fifth annual conference at the Santa Clara Convention Center from May 24-27. Conference producer Clasma Events is expecting more than 1,500 attendees this year -- an increase of 50% over last year -- including government leaders, entrepreneurs and venture capitalists in Silicon Valley and beyond. Participants will explore the ways in which smart technologies, energy management and ICT solutions will converge as critical means to address the global energy opportunity. Addressing a key theme that many smart grid leaders have identified as a critical topic for 2010, ConnectivityWeek's panelists and speakers will discuss the emerging role of energy consumers in our new energy economy.
