Utilizing Austrian technology LOYTEC, Vienna and Texas supplies network technology to guarantee an optimal climate

The American shipping company Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines is known for superlatives.  The largest cruisers in the world are under the flag of RCCL.

The “Oasis of the Sea” is a floating town: 40 restaurants, space for 6,300 passengers and 2,165 crew members.

With 16 decks, and special facilities throughout such as an open-air theatre, a moving bar which travels up and down between three decks, shopping mall, pool, fairground, and a central park situated in the middle of the cruise ship all point to a never before seen onboard entertainment venue.

940 Million Euro (1.372 million USD) was spent for this most expensive ship of all time which was christened on November 30 th, 2009 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Certainly Austrian technology is not to be overlooked in operation of this luxury liner: Vienna based LOYTEC provides networking products for optimal comfort control for the 3,000 cabins. “LOYTEC Redundant routers were chosen to guarantee an undisturbed operation between climate controllers without any interruption. Disturbances may be localized quickly and the comfort and convenience for the passengers is ensured”, declares LOYTEC CTO Dr. Dietmar Loy.

On this super liner, Loytec's "networks under control" ensures passenger "comfort under control" adds CEO Hans-Jörg Schweinzer.
