SECOND WORLD METER DESIGN CONGRESS

R&D experts from 27 countries attended the second World Meter Design Congress in San Francisco, CA, last year, discussing the transformation that the metering industry is experiencing: The emergence of the smart grid, new communications technologies, new standards, the rise of advanced metering, increased meter data, energy efficiency, end-customer issues, new component solutions, globalization. All of these factors are shaping the way meter systems are architected, designed, styled, packaged and manufactured.
