November 30, 2012 – Manchester, NH — Cylon Energy, Inc., the North American division of Cylon Controls Ltd., Dublin Ireland, offering smart energy controls, solutions, and building energy management systems, is proud to announce their new North American headquarters in Manchester, NH.

The focus of Cylon Energy, Inc. is to facilitate private and public enterprises, to contribute to creating a greener world through optimizing the energy efficiency of buildings.

Cylon Energy, Inc. provides building energy management systems across all categories of buildings in North America; maximizing comfort and efficiency. Cylon Energy’s mission is to help large and small commercial offices, retail centers, schools and colleges, industrial buildings, health and leisure centers, hospitals and hotels realize greater energy efficiency through the Cylon Energy Solution.

As a total solution provider, Cylon Energy’s Active Energy service is agnostic in architecture and will integrate with the various embedded building management systems, further reducing up front cost to deploy.  The software solution provides the end user real-time information allowing immediate behavioral changes to reduce energy consumption and related costs.

contemporary In addition to their own brand, in January 2012, Cylon Energy signed an exclusive distribution agreement to manage the Philips Teletrol brand of building control products providing access to an already established distribution channel and market presence.

Cylon Energy expects to grow rapidly and will begin local manufacturing and assembly operations in 2013.  Cylon expects most employment growth will be for the New Hampshire facility in 2013.
