Richards-Zeta (RZ) Launches On-Line Training Video Tutorials available to all RZ System Integrators (SI)

Santa Barbara, CA - January 19, 2007 - Richards-Zeta released today complete on-line training video tutorials available to all RZ SI's via the RZ Secure Site. The training videos are complete end-to-end video tutorials covering the entire 5-day RZ-I and RZ-II training course. The videos are intended to be used in conjunction with attending the RZ-I and RZ-II training course at RZ's corporate headquarters in Santa Barbara, CA.

The RZ platform is extremely flexible and versatile, allowing for the utilization of hardware and software in numerous applications, depending on the customer's needs and goals. Secondly, the RZ-I and RZ-II Training Course is exceptionally comprehensive and often times overwhelming for the novice. The goal of the videos is to offer previous attendees of the course and SI's alike a platform in which to reference all questions and concerns in regards to the hardware/software. This being said, the training video tutorials are destined to become vital tools, allowing the opportunity for refresher courses after factory training and as particular questions arise.

The video tutorials are organized to mirror the format of the actual training course, beginning with System Set-up, thoroughly covering perfectHOST templates and macros, and moving into the Mediator features and functions, including logging and alarming. RZ's goal is to build out an advanced library of videos covering all features and functions of the RZ hardware/software program. Currently, RZ has released 32 innovative and informative video tutorials, with several additional videos set to be released by next week. The target is to have hundreds of video tutorials with an advanced indexing and searchable form in order to quickly and easily find the needed video.

This new face on training will assist RZ SI's by providing all tools necessary for successful installations and commissioning. All time zones and cultural barriers will be eliminated as the videos will be available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Future enhancements include the ability to change languages on the videos, literally cutting across all language and cultural obstacles.
