Veris Industries Hawkeye® 300 current sensor wins gold in ACHR NEWS 2007 dealer design awards

PORTLAND, Ore – July 18, 2007 – Veris Industries was recognized for excellence in product design in the fourth annual Dealer Design Awards Program sponsored by The Air Conditioning Heating & Refrigeration News magazine. An independent panel of 51 contractors acted as judges in the contest that had 106 entries from 73 manufactures. Veris’ Hawkeye® 300(H300) Current Sensor was honored with the 1st Place Gold Award in the Commercial Controls Category.

Smaller than a matchbook and thinner than a large pack of gum, installers can quickly and easily install the H300 in the smallest of spaces. With its micro size (1.5˝w x 1.6˝h x .75˝d), split-core design, and self-gripping iris it is the ideal current switch for tight enclosures and retrofit projects.

The Hawkeye® 300 is the latest result of years of pioneering and evolution Veris has invested in current sensing technology. The H300 offers the industry’s lowest turn on threshold of 0.15A.
