BTL Mark: Resolve interoperability issues & increase buyer confidence
WAGO DALI Multi-Master Module
WI – July 2012 – WAGO Corporation's new 753-647 DALI
Multi-Master Module controls 64 Digital Addressable Lighting Interface
(DALI) actuators and connects with up to 64 sensors. This eliminates
installing a sensor-only parallel bus (e.g., brightness measurement and
presence detection), boosting DALI operational efficiency via a more
cohesive network structure.
Emphasizing usability, WAGO developed a comprehensive configuration GUI for 753-647 that simplifies commissioning and management of DALI networks. The software's most prominent features: simplified project overview, optimized device addressing, efficient volume processing and data Backup & Restore functions. To provide DALI control without extensive programming, WAGO created an “easy mode.” This runs commonly used switching/dimming functions, as well as light scenes, within the network via digital data points for both devices and groups.
DALI Connections Simplified:
WAGO’s WINSTAŽ 770 Series MIDI Modular Connector System supports building automation. Providing easy branching for DALI applications, WINSTAŽ merges design, electrical architecture management and usability, reducing field wiring times by up to 70% via pre-wired assemblies. Ranging from 2–5 poles, WINSTAŽ MIDI is rated up to 600V and 20A (12 AWG) with a UL Current Interruption Rating of 10A, 600V. MIDI Snap-In Connectors are utilized by OEM manufacturers of lighting fixtures. Large-scale lighting applications include the Munich International Airport, Germany.
