Cambridge, Mass.— June 14, 2006 —WebGen Systems, Inc., provider of advanced software for energy conservation and control in commercial buildings, announced today it will be showcasing its award-winning enterprise energy management system at RealComm 2006, which this year will be co-located with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) annual conference, in Dallas, Texas on June 26 and 27.

RealComm provides a forum for industry leaders to gather and discuss the latest innovations and practices on technology, business solutions, intelligent buildings and the internet that are impacting the Commercial Real Estate industry. By collocating the show with BOMA’s annual conference, the North America Commercial Real Estate Congress and the Office Building Show, are expected to attract over 6,000 attendees and participants from the industry.

At RealComm, WebGen will be showcasing its flagship product Intelligent Use of Energy (IUE), which provides building owners and managers with a predictive, automated enterprise energy management solution that applies best practices in energy management, including precise forecasting tools, to measure and optimize energy consumption.
