The Best Intelligent Building Award was recently presented to Pacific Control Systems LLC for their headquarters building in Dubai, UAE.

This building is the Middle East's First Platinum Rated Green Building (USGBC, LEED) to promote the concept of environmentally friendly buildings in the region.
