•    No stem leakage
•    Valve is closing off properly
•    Are there any specific mounting considerations?
•    Height issues?
•    Obstructions?
•    What is your close off requirement?
•    Is fail-safe actuation required?
•    What is the supply voltage to the actuator?
•    What is the control signal to the actuator?
•    Can you isolate the valve?
•    How much space is available?
•    Is re-piping necessary?
•    What are the flow requirements (GPM)?
