Relationship Extends Marathon’s Presence in Key Growth Markets; Furthers Marathon’s Global Channel Program

Littleton, Mass., — March 6, 2007 — Marathon Technologies Corporation, the leading provider of high availability software for Microsoft® Windows® environments, announced today that it has renewed its partnership with Tridium Inc., the leading provider of software technology for device-to-enterprise applications and Internet-enabled solutions. Under terms of the agreement, Marathon everRun FT will be available through Tridium’s Vykon Reseller Channel. Vykon, which provides a suite of products and enterprise applications powered by the Niagara Framework®, targets specific application needs for enterprises in key markets including data centers, hotels, airports, industrial plants and universities.

Working through its Vykon distribution channel, Tridium will offer Marathon everRun FT to companies looking to ensure its critical business applications are up and running. In addition, Marathon and Tridium will also engage in joint marketing efforts that will highlight both companies’ offerings and their commitment to providing reliable, cost efficient solutions.
