OFFENBACH, March 20th, 2014 – Honeywell (NYSE:HON) presents integrated systems and room automation solutions for sustainable building operations at this year’s leading building automation event in Germany. The Light+Building international trade show will take place from March 30 to April 4 at the Frankfurt Fair and Exhibition Centre.

At the BACnet collective booth, Honeywell Building Solutions will show its integrated solutions for energy-efficient building operations, featuring the Attune Advisory Services™ complete suite, and the newest member of the Excel 5000 Open family, the Excel Web IIŪ controller.

Released in March 2014, the automation station Excel Web IIŪ offers a flexible and cost-effective solution for building automation applications, suitable for any size, thanks to an open architecture based on a Linux operating system. The Excel Web IIŪ controller is available in four different versions and it is easy to install, as top hat mounting or in switch cabinets. In addition, it communicates with industry-leading open protocols like BACnet MS/TP, BACnet IP and LonTalkŪ, which helps customers integrate with third-party solutions, and benefit from the scalability and flexibility that come with an open architecture.

Using state-of-the-art technology, paired with a global reach of more than 10,000 energy and operations experts, Attune Advisory Services™ provides support to gain baseline awareness of building performance, and helps customers make improvements to reduce energy and operations costs, and define an ongoing strategy to manage and optimize a facility.

Honeywell’s energy and automation experts will be providing during the event, at the BACnet collective booth, demonstrations and detailed information on the company’s integrated cutting edge solutions for building automation and energy management that offer significant cost reductions and energy savings on all building operations.

Light+Building is the world’s biggest trade fair for lighting and building-services technology and presents solutions that cut the energy consumption of a building at the same time as increasing the level of comfort.
