LONMARK International Under the Spotlight at light&building 2006

Frankfurt, Germany – May 2, 2006 – The light+building 2006 trade fair in Frankfurt, Germany was a sensational success, with 16 per cent increase in visitors totalling 134,489 and the best ever exhibitor and visitor satisfaction ratings, according to figures from the organisers.

More than 40 LONMARK® member companies from LONMARK Germany and LONMARK International were represented at the 900 square meter joint stand. The main focus was on building automation and especially energy efficiency. The main stand provided detailed information on LONMARK, while member companies highlighted such innovations as the intelligent control of LEDs and street lighting systems. SafetyLon, a further development that covers safety-critical applications was also presented. Products ranging from home automation, building controls, energy efficient lighting controls to smart carpeting were but a few of the many new products and technologies displayed.
