Jerusalem, Israel - Minicom Advanced Systems Ltd., together with other leading digital signage vendors will showcase a complete digital signage solution at this year's Systems 2006 exhibition in Munich, October 23 - 27.

The show, one of Europe's main IT events, will focus on best practice solutions for the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry.

Minicom is the principal expert in the distribution of real-time multimedia content from player to plasma/LCD screens and serial control for maintaining maximum uptime.

"Although a relatively small part of the full digital signage solution, the distribution system is responsible for delivering the dynamic content from player to multiple screens and is the crucial step in the successful implementation of a digital signage network," says Ronni Guggenheim, President at Minicom Europe. "Our CAT5 based distribution systems, extenders and line splitters are designed for trouble-free, cost-effective installation and maintenance, delivering your content without compromising quality or limiting a network's range and scalability."

According to Mr. Guggenheim, the rapidly growing digital signage market is set to reach US$1 billion in 2007 with industry growth being pushed mainly by network operators and retail signage.

Visitors can see Minicom, along with strategic partners NEC and MxN at Hall A6, Booth 528 "Display Solutions".
