New Car to Debut at NASCAR Sanctioned "Virginia is for Racing Lovers 300" Race October 1-3 at Martinsville Speedway

Richmond, Virginia-September 30, 2010 Tridium today announced the company in conjunction with Mid Atlantic Controls Corporation, an independent control systems contractor specializing in commercial and industrial facility automation and a certified integrator of Niagara based building automation, security and energy solutions, celebrated Niagara surpassing 200,000 instances with the sponsorship of Mid Atlantic's No. 48 race car.

Mid Atlantic Controls, through the company's Mid Atlantic Racing team, operates the No. 48 car which runs in both NASCAR sanctioned and the UARA-Stars sanctioned racing series. The car will carry a special Niagara 200,000 Plus commemorative paint scheme on the hood that pays tribute to this milestone for the remaining Big Three events. The car is slated to make its first appearance at the Martinsville Speedway during race weekend October 1-3, 2010 followed by runs at South Boston, Virginia and the final race of this year's series at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

"The partnership with the No. 48 is an exciting opportunity in which to recognize this significant milestone as well as celebrate with our one of our community partners who has contributed to this achievement," said Marc Petock, vice president, global marketing and communications for Tridium. "This is a good example of the strong commitment we receive from manufacturers, system integrators and end users who make up the Niagara community."

"We are absolutely thrilled to be part of this celebration, said Craig Turlington, President, Mid Atlantic Controls and car team owner. "When we were able to put this partnership together to help celebrate this accomplishment and tie in our race program, I knew this was going to be something pretty special and it is."
