Almoayyed signs strategic deal with US group

Gulf Daily News - MANAMA, BAHRAIN: Almoayyed Trading & Contracting, part of the Almoayyed International Group, has signed a strategic agreement with the US-based Automated Logic Corporation (ALC), to launch its building management solutions (BMS) product in Bahrain.

BMS is largely used worldwide for energy savings along with trend data sampling.

Now third-party equipments like fire alarm system, access control system are largely integrated on a single platform to give better results.

ALC is one of the largest manufacturers of hardware and software products used in monitoring, controlling and automating electro-mechanical systems within buildings in North America.

The agreement, signed between ALC director of international distribution Mike Gilmore and director of AIG Mohammed Almoayyed, was announced at a Press conference in the Crowne Plaza.

ALC regional director of Middle East and India Vijay Kumar said the company was the first manufacturer to offer an "open" system that seamlessly integrates with any third-party system, using the ASHRAE and ISO standard communication protocol called BACnet.
