Niagara is a software framework that integrates diverse systems and devices - regardless of manufacturer or communication protocol - into a unified platform that can be easily managed and controlled in real time over the Internet using a standard web browser.

By using Niagara, ADVANCED will be able to create innovative solutions that assist in linking property systems and devices (such as security/access, lighting, energy management, fire, building automation, etc.) into the total ADVANCED facility management and maintenance solution. ADVANCED will be able to create connected applications for tenants to access facility services and property managers will be able to more effectively manage properties at lower costs through capital cost savings and leveraging existing customer infrastructure.
