Online is the new normal
I will admit that I had a hard time trying to come up with a title for
this article. The last thing that I wanted to do was kick out
another “Here is why 2021 will be awesome” article because the reality
is that no one knows.

I will admit that I had a hard time
trying to come up with a title for this article. The last thing
that I wanted to do was kick out another “Here is why 2021 will be
awesome” article because the reality is that no one knows.
What we do know is that the world will
never be the same. Globally we have not had collaboration between
nations since WW2 like we have had this year. I personally think
that it is a huge step forward to industries in the BA space working
together to increase global energy efficiency.
Nations banded together to come up with
several vaccines to combat the virus causing the pandemic. Now
for a moment imagine if nations banded together to share, and
collaborate on, information regarding how to make energy efficient
buildings that were cost effective to place in third world countries?
Now that things have been theoretically
solved for housing, in this article, the global population just imagine
if everyone around the globe had access to online education
tools? As a global society we could get creative ideas from all
over the globel. That is what I am personally hoping for in 2021. Re-energization on all levels of society.
I recently watched a television show
about the spark that lite the space race between countries trying to
land someone on the moon. I predict that 2021 and 2022 will be
years of complete innovation and discovery. Why? The answer
is easy, but also hard for some to understand.
Many in Society hack on the Millennial
generation as being a group of individuals who are overly entitled and
full of opinions that lack no merit because these individuals have no
experience in the world. Maybe we have reached a tipping point in
evolution for humans as a species. The Millennials need our work
ethic and will to succeed, and we need their forward thinking and
thinking about work/ life balance.
I would like to think that we are the
tipping point in our evolution that leads to Gene Roddenberry’s Star
Trek society. One planet with one goal- expansion and
globalization.
