(Lee's Summit, MO) - May 16, 2011 -  Terry Swope, President of Lynxspring Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Anno Scholten as President of a new energy affiliate of Lynxspring that will bring innovate products and services to the energy sector.

Mr. Scholten brings a proven track record of successful development of leading-edge, smart grid products for the commercial building market.  He has pioneered automated demand response (ADR) projects, cloud computing and data-integrity applications. Scholten has been a major contributor to standards efforts in building automation and holds patents on distributed-architecture building controllers.

Lynxspring's energy affiliate will build on Lynxspring's success in developing energy solutions for its contractor channel partners, its OEM customers and its existing customers in the energy sector.
