Open Automated Demand Response
(OpenADR) is an important, emerging standard for implementing demand
response for commercial, industrial and residential customers. Backed
by an impressive list of leading utilities, ISOs and suppliers, the
OpenADR 2.0 standard will play an important role in grid optimization.
This webinar will provide participants with an understanding of OpenADR
standard components emerging from OASIS, OpenSG and SGIP; how they flow
together into OpenADR 2.0; implementation differences between OpenADR
1.0 and 2.0; and an overview of the OpenADR Alliance and its
activities.
Who should participate?
Representatives of utilities that
want to implement demand response programs, energy aggregators, energy
management suppliers, control system companies, and anybody involved in
Smart Grid or Smart Energy efforts.
