I've been around this company since it started in 1994 as ESI Enviromation Service Inc. My dad, Ken Sinclair, has taught me a lot about ASHRAE, building automation and home automation. I have a background in sales, onboarding and support, and I've worked on various projects at Shopify for the last five years. Before that, I was with a startup called Functionfox Systems for 13 years.
