With over 30 years of experience in the Building Systems and Controls Industry, Greg offers expertise in smart building technology and concept, providing guidance and support for Consulting Engineers, Systems Integrators, and End Users. 

Greg is currently the Business Development Leader for Building IoT and Integration for Cochrane Supply & Engineering.  In 2022, Greg was was appointed to the role of Executive Director for the Real Estate Cyber Consortium (RECC), promoting “cyber harmony” through leadership and insight on best practices, policies, and procedures for real estate owners, operators, and solution providers.

Brian Oswald joined CBRE as part of their acquisition of Environmental Systems Inc. (ESI) in April of 2015 and is the Senior Managing Director of Smart FM Solutions. Based in Brookfield, WI, Smart FM Solutions is part of CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) platform, specializing in professional services, remote facility operations, and system integration. Brian is responsible for daily business operations of Smart FM Solutions and assists CBRE clients with identifying and implementing portfolio-wide smart building technology solutions.
