For Ken’s theme this month, ADAPTION, I have gone back to a select group of articles I have contributed that I believe illustrate how we have continually adapted over the years. Adaption is driven by changing business challenges and evolving requirements, threats, opportunities, technology, and innovation.

We are now operating our buildings in an era where adaption, flexibility, managing risks and greater transparency are necessities within our business environment.

Adaption is no longer a nice-to-have. The journey to embrace adaption has moved to a mandatory strategy. We must continually adapt because changes are happening all around us. Adaptation is no longer a choice, but essential.
