Automated Logic Corp. Establishes Branch Operations in Georgia, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Florida and Alabama

KENNESAW, Ga., Feb. 1, 2008 – Automated Logic Corp has acquired the business of ALC Controls, Inc. (ALCC), an independent controls contractor with branch offices in Georgia, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Central Florida, and Central Alabama. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Established in 1991, ALCC designs, installs, and services building control systems for commercial, industrial and institutional facilities within each of its local markets as well as mission critical data centers nationwide. ALCC President Klaren Alexander, Vice President Mike Fowler, and ALCC’s extensive management team will continue in their respective roles under Automated Logic.
